The vehicle movable property as a guarantee can revoked as below:
1. Over the counter: Please prepare the one copy of original registration for (creditor’s copy), one copy of repayment completion certificate or certificate of abandonment, revocation registration application form in in triplicate, and deal with the revocation registration in the local supervision unit.

Vehicles with wheelchair area installation shall put a label of carrying wheelchair user with blue image in white background and the length of the label should be at least 10 cm on the entrance and exit outside the vehicle and wheelchair placement area inside the vehicle. However, it is not applicable to non-commercial passenger vehicles with wheelchair area installation.

Text “wheelchair area Private Ramp” shall be remarked on the column of “Type of vehicle and additional equipment” on the vehicle registration certificate.

According to Article 5 of Personal Property Secured Transactions Act, “A written contract shall be entered into for a personal property secured transaction. Unless registered, a personal property secured transaction shall not be effective against a bona fide third party.”

Over the counter: Please submit one copy of vehicle new license plate registration form, contract in triplicate (one original copy and two photocopies), registration form in triplicate, and a fee of NT$900 and deal with it over the counter for property secured transaction at the local Motor Vehicles Office.

It should follow the regulations specified in the attachment 15 “regulations for vehicle modification with wheelchair installation or swivel seat”. The registration modification can be applied for at the highway supervision authority by submitting qualified inspection report issued by Vehicle Safety Inspection Center and unified invoice for modification (with license plate number).

Please submit the unified invoice for modification issued by legal automobile repairing company before November 20th, 2013 as well as the copy of business certificate from the legal automobile repairing industry or equipment safety certificate issued by Taiwan Automobile Repair Industry Association or other supporting documents. The change inspection and registration shall be completed before December 31st, 2017.

Each wheelchair area shall be regarded a seat. Wheelchair space in other vehicles shall meet the provision on attachment 2 of “Safety reviewing and inspection guidance for vehicle modified with wheelchair area installation or swivel seat model”.

On the vehicle registration certificate, a remark of “wheelchair area” refers to commercial small passenger vehicle (including rehabilitation bus) and a remark of “wheelchair area private” refers to non-commercial small passenger vehicle.

Text “wheelchair area and wheelchair lifting” shall be remarked on the column of “Type of vehicle and additional equipment” on the vehicle registration certificate.
