According to Article 100 of the Regulations for Automobile Transportation Operators, Car Rental Business operators and Pickup Truck Rental Business     operators must undergo pre-rental inspection to ensure roadworthiness. Lessors are required to provide Compulsory automobile liability insurance and may offer additional coverage such as Automobile Physical Damage Insurance, Automobile Theft Insurance, or Passenger Liability Insurance. Any exclusions must be disclosed to the lessee and documented in the Car rental agreement.

According to Article 100 of the Regulations for Automobile Transportation Operators, a lessee must hold a valid domestic driver’s license or an International Driving Permit (IDP) . Therefore, foreign tourists with a valid IDP may lease and drive the rental car.

According to Article 100 of the Regulations for Automobile Transportation Operators, if a rental passenger car lessee requires a driver, the lessor must provide a professionally licensed one. For foreign tourists, the driver must be proficient in foreign languages.

For rental Pickup truck, the lessee must drive the vehicle personally, and the lessor is prohibited from providing a driver.

According to Articles 100 and 101 of the Regulations for Automobile Transportation Operators, Car Rental Business operators and Pickup Truck Rental Business operators must provide the lessee with the rental agreement and Motor License, which must be kept in the vehicle for inspection.

According to Articles 100 and 101 of the Regulations for Automobile Transportation Operators, the lessee is prohibited from using the rented vehicle for passenger or freight transport services. Such activity constitutes an illegal transport operation.
