Protection of basic rights and interests for labor contract:

1. Contractors shall pay salary, take out labor insurance, employment insurance and national health insurance, and contribute labor retirement pension according to law as well as pay for above costs.
2. The laboring condition of the stationed labors shall be handled according to labor laws, Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, Act of Gender Equality in Employment, and other relevant regulations.
3. Institutions must not assign any task that is not specified on the contract to labors.

Process and method of the complaints:

1. If there is any harm on the rights and interests, please submit actual evidence to the relevant unit for complaints in order to facilitate the declaration.
2. If the contractor violates the contract and is notified by our Directorate General but fails to improve, contract price will be deducted or the contract will be terminated or cancelled according to the provision of the contract. It will also be reported to Department of Labor, Taipei City Government in an official letter to implement labor inspection.
3. If it is an improper assignment by the institution, an official letter will be sent to the competent authority for improvement. It will also be reported to the chief of the authority according to the seriousness of the situation.

When the rights and interests of the stationed labor on the labor contract are damaged, the complaints can be submitted to the following units or personnel:
