Required documents:
- National I.D. card or household registration certificate or alien residence permit. (If the name and I.D. number are changed at the same time, please submit household transcript (it shall be issued within three months) for verification).
- The obtained driving license.
- Proof of I.D. number change issued by the household registration authority (only applicable to those who apply for I.D. number change).
- Two one-inch color photos with glossy single-color background, without wearing hat, with clear facial features, bust shot, and were taken within past 2 years. Do not use image synthesis.

- Driving license exempted from renewal: (please refer to the description of “Renew Driving Licence”)
I.D. number change due to household registration authority or indigenous people restoring the traditional names: free.
