Change of company name:

1. Please submit official letters issued by the competent authority for the approval of the company’s or estab-lishment’s registration (please enclose registration form if it is a company) or registration certificate is-sued by the competent authority for the company’s or the establishment’s (in case of copied proof docu-ments, a copy of the latest receipt of business tax payment shall be submitted as well.).
2. Company seal.
3. Original copy of vehicle registration certificate.
4. Compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate.

Change of the address:

1. Companies submit official letters issued by the competent authority for the approval of the company’s or establishment’s registration (please enclose registration form if it is a company) or registration certificate issued by the competent authority for the company’s or the establishment’s (in case of copied proof documents, a copy of the latest receipt of business tax payment shall be submitted as well.). For individuals, please submit the original copy of national I.D. card.
2. Original copy of vehicle registration certificate.
3. If the address is changed to another jurisdiction, please submit parking space approval letter.
4. Compulsory automobile liability insurance certificate.

Suspension of use, hand in for cancellation, and disposal:

1. Companies submit official letters issued by the competent authority for the approval of the company’s or establishment’s registration (please enclose registration form if it is a company) or registration certificate issued by the competent authority for the company’s or the establishment’s (in case of copied proof documents, a copy of the latest receipt of business tax payment shall be submitted as well.). For individuals, please submit the original copy of national I.D. card.
2. Original copy of vehicle registration certificate.
3. Two vehicle license plates.
