Highway Engineering
The HB is responsible for maintaining, developing and planning new highway constructions and assisting with maintenance of county roads. It maintains more than 7,000 kilometers of highways, 4,000 bridges and 200 tunnels.
Motor Vehicles Administration
The HB manages and supervises motor vehicles, drivers, buses, traffic violations, automobile taxes, and highway transportation. It also develops and manages technical training courses and driving schools.
