The 107K+600 (original 109K+600) mileage location of Provincial Highway No.8 (road section at Dayuling, Ren'ai Township, Nantou County) will take traffic control measures from August 23 to October 20, 2021 except holidays.

ContentIn order to carry out construction, the Guguang Branch of the Directorate General of Highways will take traffic control measures from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM everyday during the period from August 23 through October 20, 2021 except holidays. The traffic will be closed and briefly open for 10 minutes every half past o’clock. Please follow the on-site pass command and the time period of brief open. The Guguang Branch would like to thank motorists in advance for co-operation during this time.
The construction road section is a mountainous road. It’s narrow and the side slope often has rocks and landslides. Motorists are also urged to excise caution when driving in the area. The Directorate General of Highways appeals motorists to notice the information presented on CMS, and listen to the Police Broadcasting Service to get real-time traffic Information. Motorists who can visit on the website (https://168.thb.gov.tw) are also welcome, and the real-time traffic news or information is also regularly updated on that website.
