The Kaohsiung Motor Vehicles Office has launched a unique board game specifically designed for "pedestrians" and "drivers." This game, called "Road Survival Battle," is a strategy-based tool aimed at promoting road safety education through interactive play. On April 25, 2024, the Kaohsiung Motor Vehicles Office Penghu Station hosted a board game sharing event at the meeting room of the Penghu National Scenic Area Headquarters Visitor Center, where participants learned about traffic safety in a fun and engaging atmosphere. The goal of this event was to spread correct traffic safety knowledge to the public, especially targeting young people and the elderly.

"Road Survival Battle" uses interpersonal interaction to convey traffic safety education. In the game, a character named " Happiness Deer" acts as the guardian of road safety, and players who correctly answer traffic-related questions earn energy coins that help " Happiness Deer" keep the roads safe. A distinctive feature of this board game is its adjustable gameplay, with different rulesets tailored to teenagers and seniors.

The game comprises 39 cards depicting various traffic scenarios to educate on pedestrian and driver safety. Each card portrays common traffic safety situations that are relevant to local youth and elderly citizens. The game is designed entirely with pedestrian and driver safety in mind, with participants forming teams to play competitively. Correct answers grant players energy coins, reinforcing road safety throughout the game.
