| Content | In accordance with the commitments of the Executive Yuan's National Action Plan for Open Government "Implementing information access rights under the Government Information Disclosure Law ", the Ministry of Justice collects problems that government officials may encounter when handling business related to the law and includes relevant administrative explanations and judicial practice insights in order to promote the correct application of the Government Information Disclosure Law by civil servants in government agencies, enhance people’s understanding, trust and supervision of public affairs and promote democratic participation. Through public-private collaboration, the promotional material "Practical Helper on the Government Information Disclosure Law" was compiled to provide practical information on the Government Information Disclosure Law.
