[Documents and precautions for locomotive examination license]:
1. The registration acceptance time is from February 20, 113 (Tuesday) to February 23 (Friday) working days (no acceptance during the lunch break), bring the front and back of the ID card, the physical examination form, and 3 1-inch photos to the Toufen Municipal Office for registration, and on-site registration will not be accepted on the day of the examination.
2. In order to protect the rights and interests of the people queuing up on the spot, if there are other applicants at the same time, please follow the principle of 1 person and 1 place in the queue order, and the second person needs to queue up again to register.
3. When registering, you must bring a copy of the front and back of your ID card or residence permit. (You need to bring the original copy on the day of the examination).
4. Those who apply for the ordinary heavy locomotive driver's license with an ordinary light locomotive driver's license must bring a photocopy of the front and back of the ordinary light locomotive driver's license. (Please bring the original on the day of the examination, as the applicant must return for redemption).
5. The registration fee is 250 yuan.
6. The driver's license fee is 200 yuan.
