The Jinyue Branch within the Eastern Region Branch Office of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) Highway Bureau has scheduled maintenance work for the jet fans in the Dong’ao Tunnel of Provincial Highway No. 9 (Suhua Highway Improvement Section), on January 18, 2024. For purposes of safety and maintenance, traffic control measures will be in place during the work period; the Dong’ao Tunnel’s southbound lane will be closed from 9:00pm on January 18th until 6:00am the following day. We ask that all road users follow the guidance of onsite construction personnel and take the Provincial Highway 9D alternate route. We apologize for any inconvenience.
