To enhance the quality of public services and provide a better administrative experience, OKmart held the grand opening of the latest store at the Taipei City Shilin Motor Vehicles Station today (September 1) at 12nn. In addition to offering various agency services (such as Vehicle License Tax, automobile fuel utilization fee, traffic violations, and parking fees), OKmart aims to expand its services. Taipei citizens can now utilize the "OK.go Service Machine'' at any OKmart store nationwide to transmit license plates to the Shilin station when applying online for plate revocation or vehicle cancellation. A designated representative will then collect the plates at the store, saving citizens time and effort in traveling to the motor vehicles units.
Mr. Jiang Shu-ren, Director of Taipei City Motor Vehicles Office, stated during his speech that the Shilin station is dedicated to creating a local and people-oriented motor vehicle station. It is committed to spatial redesign and activation, incorporating 3D murals, book crossing stations, and traffic safety experiential areas. The goal is to establish a warm, bright, educationally meaningful, and friendly space. By collaborating with OKmart this year, a public-private partnership aims to introduce convenience and comfort, providing citizens and staff with a more comfortable and convenient administrative environment, offering diverse and high-quality motor vehicle services.
