Taipei Motor Vehicles Office would like to remind vehicle owners the final notice for the vehicles fuel fees of 2023. The Payment Notice will be sent by registered mail and the payment deadline is Jan. 2, 2024.  If vehicle owners pay it after deadline, they will be fined between NT$300 to NT$3,000.

Before the deadline, vehicle owners can pay the payment by several ways as below:

1. Take the paper payment notice and pay it at the counter in financial institutions, post offices, convenience stores (7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and OK Mart) or at any Motor Vehicles Office including their affiliated stations.

2. Reprint the notice using the information kiosks (such as 7-11’s ibon) at convenience stores (7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and OK Mart) and pay it at convenience stores directly.

3. Pay the payment online: You can also make use of the website service https://www.mvdis.gov.tw, the Taipei Motor Vehicles Office APP, BeePay, Line Pay Money, GAMA PAY, Yuanta Bank, Shopee, and JKOPAY.

4. Make payment via telephone transfer (transfer hotline: 412-1366, then dial your user code + 169#) by following the voice instructions to enter the relevant info.

Finally, we notice you if you hold a demand deposit account with any financial institution, you may apply for automatic payment by transfer. You only need to fill out the agreement on authorized payment by transfer of vehicle fuel fees, and put it in an envelope with stamps and mail it to the local supervisory unit. Payment will be automatically deducted from your account starting from the next year.
