In light of the potential impact of Typhoon Khanun, the Second Maintenance Office of the Directorate General of HighWays

has conducted an assessment of the wind and rain's potential effects starting from 12:00 on Augest 3rd. We have set up a emergency response team

on high alert. The main focus is to ensure the safety of road users during the typhoon's approach.

This involves close monitoring of wind and rain conditions within the jurisdiction, as well as timely information disclosure.

The Second Maintenance Office of the Directorate General of HighWays strongly advises all road users to exercise caution during the typhoon's impact.

Heavy rainfall in mountainous areas may lead to landslides and falling rocks. If it is not necessary, please refrain from traveling on mountainous roads.

For the latest details on road closures and disruptions, passers-by can utilize the "Happiness Highway" app or the intelligent provincial

highway real-time information service network of the General Administration of Highways (http://168.thb.gov.tw) .
