| Content | First internet vehicle plate sale will be made for the period from 11 am, June 06 to 11 am, June 08 by Chunghua Motor Vehicles Office: Self-use light passenger-cargo car “BRN-0001~BRN-9999” (Total of 6,560 for plate of grade 1~3), regular heavy motorcycle “NUS-0001~NUS-9999”(Total of 6,560 plates for plate of grade 1~3) and second internet vehicle plate sale: General heavy motorcycle “NUR-1122~NUR-7799” (total of 25 plates for grade 2) , regular electric heavy motorcycle “EPJ-2233~EPJ-3399” (total of 10 plates for grade 2); therefore, for people who are willing to attend the bidding, please prepare citizen digital certificate IC card and chip card reader, and if you are also the member of Motor Vehicle service network, you can then participate in the bidding at (https://www.mvdis.gov.tw).
The vehicle plate of automobile type sold this time can be divided into three grades: For the plate number of first grade（four same number）, the minimum price is 6000 NT dollars; for the plate number of second grade（smaller number followed by a larger one with repeated and symmetrical characteristic, for example, continuous numbers of 6688, 8899 or 5678, 6789）and for the plate number of third grade（Number self-selected by vehicle owner except number of grade 1 and 2）, the minimum price is 3000 NT dollars; for the sale of plate of motorcycle, it can be divided into three grades: for the bidding of first grade, the minimum price is 3000 NT dollars, and the minimum price for the bidding of second and third grade is 2000 NT dollars. Therefore, the general public are welcome to make bidding on your favorite number, it’s a great chance for you to get a good number for your new and loved vehicle.
People who have won the bidding should finish the remittance within 24 hours after the bidding settle-down, meanwhile, license plate should be applied and withdrawn within three months after the next day after bidding settle-down. Except vehicles that are prohibited with license plate withdrawal and vehicle that should have license plate withdrawn in controlled motor vehicle office (for example, vehicle for public affairs, school bus, children’s bus and vehicle for specific purpose, etc.), plate can be selected across areas for all the other vehicles.
