According to statistics from the Ministry of Transport, nearly 60% of domestic traffic accidents occur at intersections every year. In order to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents at intersections, in addition to road improvements, passers-by also need to cooperate with road traffic safety measures. It is recommended to abide by the "Motorcycle Vehicles" "Driving Training, Traffic Safety" safety tips to convey the concept of road traffic safety.


Director Zhou Jinglang of the Hsinchu City Supervision Station reminds passers-by that when driving or riding a bicycle near an intersection, they should abide by the traffic safety tips of "slow, look, and stop" and always pay attention to whether there are pedestrians crossing the road. This is especially true if there are old, young, women and children. Show love and wait patiently; in addition, pedestrians should abide by the "stop, look, and listen" rules. When crossing pedestrian crossing facilities and encountering large vehicles approaching intersections, be sure to pay attention to blind spots and inner wheel gaps to avoid danger.


In addition to reminding the public to pay attention to "intersection safety", the Hsinchu City Supervision Station urges the public not to drive without a license and not to put themselves and other road users in danger. According to research data, students who have obtained a driver's license after participating in a motorcycle driving training class will After obtaining a driver's license, the risk of violations and accidents is reduced by 56% and 35%, which shows that participating in motorcycle driving training has a real effect on improving driving safety. Students who participate in motorcycle driving training will be guided by professional coaches. Not only can they fully learn road traffic safety rules and defensive driving riding methods, they will also enjoy many conveniences such as tuition subsidies for driving training from the Ministry of Transport and original field examination licenses. Currently, there are Hsinchu Passenger Driving Training Classes, Rissin Driving Training Classes and the Safe Driving Center in Hsinchu, which all offer ordinary heavy-duty motorcycle training classes. Candidates are welcome to take advantage of them.
