In order to improve road safety, the Sinyi Branch of the Directorate General of Highways will carry out open-cut tunnel construction work at the 133K between 134K mileage location of Provincial Highway No.21. The Sinyi Branch will take traffic control measures from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM everyday until October 21, 2022. It will take flexibly two-way lane control less than 30 miniutes every o’clock and briefly open. Please follow the on-site pass command. The Sinyi Branch would like to thank motorists in advance for co-operation during this time.

The construction road section is a mountainous road. It’s narrow and the side slope often has rocks and landslides. Motorists are also urged to excise caution when driving in the area. The Directorate General of Highways appeals motorists to notice the information presented on CMS, and listen to the Police Broadcasting Service to get real-time traffic Information. Motorists who can visit on the website (https://168.thb.gov.tw) are also welcome, and the real-time traffic news or information is also regularly updated on that website.
