Applicants will have to provide personal data when using services provided on the “Highway Bureau’ website”, such as the “discussion zone”, the “suggestion zone”, and the “Director-General Mailbox”, and our website will request you to provide name, contact number, and email according to the demand.
3. The suggestion zone is a public forum. If the content is involved with obviously improper argument, like violation of good morals, attack and abuse, rumor spreading, and site interference or violation of the Personal Data Protection Act or irrelevant to our business items, the speaker shall take legal civil (criminal) and administrative responsibilities. In addition, please understand that we will directly delete the content.
4. In order to manage the website and use the space more efficiently,the content  in the "suggestion zone" will be retained for 60 days. Besides, the suggestion zone is a public forum established to improve our business, and suggestions proposed by the public will be carefully handled by the competent authority with a formal responding mechanism.
