「Happy Highways App」 offers traffic information during the 2021 Mid-Autumn Festival.

ContentThe 2021 Mid-Autumn Festival is the first long holidays after the level 2 COVID-19 alert. The DGH estimates number of personal driving or public transportation for going back home or traveling will be increased during the 2021 Mid-Autumn Festival. In order to effectively provide real-time traffic information such as road conditions and public transportation. The Road User Service Center of the DGH offers a 24-hour free service line via “Happy Highways App”. In addition, traffic information is on demand by road users, and will be shown by images and voices in one page.
The function of one-touch dialing into the call center is available in “Happy Highways App”, which provides a 24-hour free service line: 0800-231-035. Any question related to the works supervised by the DGH, such as motor vehicles, transportation, construction, road traffic and so on. The call center will offer resolution or transfer records to the management unit for processing immediately. The App also offers various road conditions information around the user’s location, including CCTV, road conditions, constructions, road performances, life information, attractions, disaster prevention, alternative roads, etc. This app and call center serve up more diverse and fast services for the public. The DGH recommends road users to download and use.
