ContentThe 2021 Mid-Autumn Festival are about to start, the DGH estimates the tendency will be back homes and tourism. The COVID-19 pandemic is slowing down, mostly Road congestion is forecast nearby National scenic area, scenic sights, playground ,and Intercity road.
The DGH has made transport managements and strategies for the easily congested roads such as Suhua Highway and South Link Highway of Provincial Highway No.9, Western Coast Expressway No.61, Fulong section of Provincial Highway No.2, Cingjing Farm of Provincial Highway No.14A, Sun Moon Lake of Provincial Highway No.21, Kenting National Park of Provincial Highway No.26.
Road users are suggested to drive carefully.
The National Freeway 11 congestion sections on freeways estimated by Freeway Bureau, alternative routes are also available and traffic signs for guidance are set on routes by the DGH. Road users can look up the “Intelligent Provincial Highways Real-Time Information”, or download “Happy Highways APP” for routes guidance before travel.
In addition, there is the function of one-touch dialing into the call center in the”Happy Highways App”. This app provides a free service line: 0800-231-035 for the people. Calls from the public are accepted around the clock. The professional call center accepts complaints and consultations such as supervision, transportation and engineering etc which is under the jurisdiction of theDGH. The call center immediately offers resolution of public issues or transfers records to the management unit for processing. This app and call center serve up more diverse and fast services for the public. Welcome everybody to use enthusiastically.
