ContentZhongzheng Road of Keelung City lies beneath the Taiwan 62A line. Because the road is maintenance by the local government, the Highway ancillary facilities, such as sidewalks, landscape facilities, planting green space, etc…are also within the maintenance range of the Keelung City Government according to the decree. Recently, Zhongzheng District Office and the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Keelung City Government have cleaned the green area beneath the Taiwan 62A line, and our Keelung district maintenance office also helped to clean the trash in the green space to keep the environment quality. Regarding the dirty problem of this region, our Keelung district maintenance office will invite the authorities concerned of the local government to synthesis this area in order to improve the city appearance of the road.
We hereby remind the citizens driving through the road with cars or trucks equipped with goods are required to fasten your goods tightly to prevent accidents resulted from the falling goods. If you have witnessed drivers with behaviors like throwing trash or sundry randomly, you can report what you have seen to the authorities concerned via the reporting system established by the Environmental Protection Department of the Executive Yuan within 7 days. When you report the incident through the reporting system, please take the video or photos with date and time served as proof and your basic data. You might obtain your bonus in proportion to the actual penalty under different circumstances if the thing you reported was checked to be true. It is beneficial both to yourself and others.
